Delete your data

Applies to every Soma Labs game, by Soma AI LLC (Soma Labs), listed as Soma AI LLC on Google Play and the App Store.

You can delete everything a Soma Labs game holds about you from inside the game. It takes a few seconds and needs no email, account or waiting.

How to delete your data

1. Open the game.
2. Tap the gear on the home screen to open Settings.
3. If Settings has an Account link at the bottom, tap it.
4. Tap Delete my data.
5. Confirm when the game asks.

The game removes your record from our servers first, then clears everything it stored on your device, including your settings, and starts you again as a brand-new player. If your phone is offline, nothing is deleted and the game asks you to try again when connected.

What is deleted

• Your player record: the random player ID and its secret key, your progress, level, coins and hint and reveal counts, and any saved game.
• Your name, face and frame.
• Your daily streak, daily puzzle results, leaderboard scores and prizes.
• Every level completion and its statistics (time, hints, reveals, wrong guesses).
• Puzzles you shared with friends and what happened to the shared link.
• Onboarding progress markers.
• Your install records: time zone, language, app version, notification permission, and any push token.
• Reminders scheduled on your device are cancelled.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Backups of our database are kept for 30 days and then expire, after which no copy remains.

What is kept

Only aggregated statistics that cannot identify you, such as how many players completed a level on a given day or how many reminders were opened. These contain no player ID.

If you have already uninstalled the game

Our games have no accounts, so we cannot look you up by name or email. Reinstalling the game creates a new player, not the old one. Your previous record stays in our database until it is deleted or until we retire inactive players. If you would still like us to remove a specific old record and can tell us its player handle (the name shown on the leaderboard), email hi@somalabs.ai and we will delete it within 30 days.
